LAQR BECOMES THE VOICE
INSIGHT: Nail polish has been worn by icons throughout history, regardless of their sexual or gender identification.
We want to use our platform as a way to empower members of the LGBTQ+ community by helping them share their stories through UN/DN LAQR.
POSTER SERIES
Experiential 1: Your Voice
The public will have access to our "Laqr becomes the voice" room. Inside they will find ceramic hands holding headphones spread across the walls. Each hand will belong to a different laqr color and hold a different story. The nails on the hands are also painted to reflect the story being told.
People will be able to go one by one and listen to each story shared by someone in the LGBTQ+ community and the events they had to go through that made them feel unworthy, unmanly, unloved, etc.
